Sprout Fitness teaches pre/postnatal fitness. Sprout Fitness trainers are certified to work with pregnant and postnatal women and have great success with their clientele. Sprout’s curriculum focuses on improving the pregnancy process through strength and core training, enabling women to bounce back quicker. They offer one-on-one training, group classes, and stroller boot camps.
The Owners: Kim and Ron have a combined 15 years of fitness experience. Kim is the founder of Think Fitness and Ron is the founder of Fit With Krit. They joined forces in 2008 to start Sprout Fitness to help women stay fit through pregnancy, recover faster, build muscle for labor and delivery, and safely rebuild pelvic floor muscles. Kim earned her degree in '05 from the National Personal Training Institute and her certifications include National Sports and Conditioning Association - PT, Healthy Mom's Prenatal Instructor, and Total Control Instructor. Ron is certified through the International Sports and Science Association - PT and Pre/Postnatal Training. He has attended seminars on: High Performance Core Conditioning, Lower Back, Speed and Quickness, Kickboxing, Seniors, Swiss Ball Training, Water Fitness, and Pilates.
