Pre/Post Natal Boot Camp
We like to think of it as personal training in a small group setting. You will learn safe and challenging core, strength, and cardio exercises tailored to your ability level so that everyone is challenged regardless of fitness experience. Classes are 55 minutes.
  • When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.
  • Where: HiFi Personal Fitness - 820 N Orleans, Street Parking and Lot ($5)

Stroller Boot Camp (not available during winter)
The same great boot camp exercises outdoors! We encourage Pre & Post Natal women to join us. Post Natal Women learn safe exercises that will help build back your core and pelvic floor muscles, lose the baby weight, build muscles to carry your little one, and have fun while meeting other moms. Pre Natal women learn safe exercises that help them prepare for the big event! Babies and children are always welcome! Classes are 55 minutes.
  • When: Fridays at 12:00 p.m.
  • Where: Wrightwood Park, corner of Ashland and Wrightwood

Custom Boot Camp
If you and your friends want to start your own Stroller class or boot camp (with or without the kids), let us know. You pick the location – at Hi Fi Fitness, someone’s home, or local park. A minimum of 5 people is needed to hold class.
  • When: As determined by your group and Sprout instructor availability
  • Where: HiFi Personal Fitness or custom location

About Sprout

Sprout Fitness teaches pre/postnatal fitness. Sprout Fitness trainers are certified to work with pregnant and postnatal women and have great success with their clientele. Sprout’s curriculum focuses on improving the pregnancy process through strength and core training, enabling women to bounce back quicker. They offer one-on-one training, group classes, and stroller boot camps.

The Owners: Kim and Ron have a combined 15 years of fitness experience. Kim is the founder of Think Fitness and Ron is the founder of Fit With Krit. They joined forces in 2008 to start Sprout Fitness to help women stay fit through pregnancy, recover faster, build muscle for labor and delivery, and safely rebuild pelvic floor muscles. Kim earned her degree in '05 from the National Personal Training Institute and her certifications include National Sports and Conditioning Association - PT, Healthy Mom's Prenatal Instructor, and Total Control Instructor. Ron is certified through the International Sports and Science Association - PT and Pre/Postnatal Training. He has attended seminars on: High Performance Core Conditioning, Lower Back, Speed and Quickness, Kickboxing, Seniors, Swiss Ball Training, Water Fitness, and Pilates.
